What To Expect
Our Massage Therapists are all professionals who are fully trained and accredited. You will be treated with dignity and respect and at all times shown the highest standard of ethical conduct.
A massage consultation can take the form of a single consultation or subsequent visits to treat a particular ailment or injury.
A detailed outline of the massage techniques we offer can be found under Our Services.
How long should I book for a massage treatment?
We offer appointments ranging from 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Generally we recommend a 30 minute session is sufficient time for the treatment of one problem area, e.g. neck and shoulder.
A 45-60 minute appointment is sufficient to cover two to three areas, e.g. lower back, neck and shoulders, or legs, gluteus and lower back.
While a 60 to 90 appointment will allow for a full body treatment.
You will notice under Fees we recommend that an initial consultation be a minimum of 60 minutes. We feel that it is important for you to achieve the best possible outcome and allowing 60 minutes for an initial consultation would be most practical.
What oil do we use?
Melrose H2Oil Water Dispersible Massage Oil.
We try where possible to use Australian products and are pleased to advise our massage oil is made in Australia. The oil is water dispersible, it does not feel heavy and is clear in colour.
